Lake Fork Area Chamber of Commerce

Bird Watching is a sport gaining momentum in our area.  With the abundance of water and habitat, the Lake Fork area is home to a diverse and abundant bird population including the Bald Eagle, Wood Thrush, Acadian Flycatcher and Kentucky Warbler.  A few Swallow-tailed Kites may live here with, perhaps, the once-thought-to-be extinct Ivory-billed Woodpeckers.
